I cherish that I was raised on an island... 
 

...because it made me very conscious of the need to connect  beyond our borders for resources.

I am an experienced global business leader with over 20 years of driving organizational change in the areas of sustainability, collaborative partnerships, and diversity and export development programs. Growing up in Antigua made me a resourceful problem solver.  It provided me with the foundation to be open to multiple perspectives and the benefit of partnering with other people and organizations across islands and countries to mutually thrive. My love of co-creating and working closely with all stakeholders to achieve quality results is still rooted in those fertile beginnings.

 

As I went out into the world and worked with a variety of international companies and organizations across construction, international trade development, sustainable energy, and a variety of other industries, I engaged with clients, teams, and mentees to identify areas to build, expand, and maximize profit.   

 

With comprehensive experience in working across North America

and the Caribbean and with other territories, my projects have been funded by the World Bank, ACP-EU Energy Facility, European Development Fund (EDF), Organization of American States (OAS) Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), US-AID and served as the licensee and organizer for TEDx Antigua. I hold an MBA from Rutgers University and a Bachelors of Arts in International Relations from Florida International University.
